We aim to provide the best experience. However, if things go wrong, here is our policy:

• Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it. Orders once confirmed/preparing cannot be cancelled.

• Refunds: Full refunds are initiated if:

  • The order is cancelled in time.

  • The order was not delivered or wrong items were received.

• Refund Method: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

• Reporting Issues: For incorrect or spoiled food, contact us within 1 hour of delivery with photos for review.
